Orders placed after 3 pm PST are normally processed and shipped within approximately 2 business days from the date the order was placed.
If for some reason you are not happy with your purchase, please mail it back to us within 21 days of your order date for a store credit. You may also bring the item into the boutique to exchange or receive a store credit within 21 days of your order date. If 21 days have passed since you ordered your item(s), unfortunately we will be unable to offer you a store credit or exchange. Your original shipping charge is non-refundable. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for your returned item(s).
Once your return is received and processed, we will notify you that we have received your returned item(s) by email, as well as the details of your store credit.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in its original condition: unused, all tags attached and in the same condition in which it was received. Please include your original packing slip with the items when you mail them back. If we receive the items used or not in the same condition as when you received them, you will be notified, the items will be returned to you and you will not receive a refund.

If you are shipping an item over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item(s).
If you would like a different size or color in an item, we recommend purchasing that item and sending the original back. We only replace items that are defective or damaged. If you received a damaged item and need to exchange it for the same item, or have a question about exchanging, please send us an email directly at email@example.com and we will assist you as soon as possible.
SHIPPING & HANDLING
All packages are shipped from Faking it Flawless The Boutique with USPS. Upon delivery, please note that Faking it Flawless The Boutique is not responsible for any packages. This includes all lost or stolen packages. If your package is not received after USPS delivery, it is your sole responsibility to contact the United States Postal Service for package redemption.
If you prefer to add insurance for your package's entire value, please include the following, "Please insure my entire package" in the comments section of your checkout. A representative will contact you to adjust your shipping total. All other packages will ship uninsured.
DOMESTIC - All orders are shipped through USPS. Rates are based on yourZip Code/Postal Code. All orders within California will incur local California sales tax. Orders do not ship until they have been fully processed.
INTERNATIONAL - Please note: We do our best to keep Customs costs down, however customers shipping orders to destinations outside the United States are responsible for all taxes, duties, tariffs and fees in addition to adhering to all applicable customs laws and restrictions associated with the import of products into that country from the United States. Because these laws and fees can change over time, we encourage customers to check with the applicable Customs offices before placing an order. We do not add any of these fees to orders before checkout. We will not reimburse the Customer for any portion of the price of goods purchased, the cost of shipping, taxes, customs or any other fee on orders undelivered due to recipient refusal. Please note that the following merchandise is FINAL sale and will not be applicable for refund or exchange. All intimates, sale items and body products (lotions, tanning sprays, perfumes, etc) are final sale.
OUT-OF-STOCK AND BACKORDERED ITEMS
Occasionally, items may be out of stock or on back order. We do our best to keep the stock count on the website accurate, however there may be mistakes from time to time. If an item you order is not in stock and is not on backorder, we’ll notify you and issue a refund for that item. If an item you order is on backorder, we will notify you and ship it to you as soon as it becomes available. The rest of your order will be shipped normally.
